Action
Goblins can't just do anything they like you know, they have to be given specific instructions by a small piece of card. Otherwise who knows what they would get up to.
Distraction
Oh my goodness, look over there! Is that a full scale replica of the titanic crashing into that shelter for elderly wombats? No, that was just a cunning ruse. Do you see what I did there?
